DECLARATION OF CONSENT UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have been provided with the General Information Text on the Protection of Personal Data within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law, by Lingodemia (“Company”).

I declare that, as the data subject, I am aware that my personal data, including but not limited to identity information, address details, and contact information, may be processed directly or indirectly by the Company, acting as the data controller or by authorized data processors empowered by the Company, for the purposes such as ensuring the provision of Ürüns and services offered by the Company to its customers under the best conditions, providing reliable and uninterrupted access to Ürüns or services, maximizing customer satisfaction, making payments, performing various transactions related to the aforementioned services, conducting and improving operations, promoting, marketing, advertising, and campaigning for the mentioned Ürüns and services or different Ürüns and services, informing customers about opportunities, campaigns, and other services, and fulfilling the requirements of contracts concluded with customers, in accordance with the general principles stated in Article 4 of the Law.

I acknowledge and declare that my personal data may be processed in compliance with the general principles set forth in Article 4 of the Law, including the principle of retaining my personal data for the necessary duration, provided that it is in line with the legislation. I also accept and declare that my personal data may be obtained, recorded, securely stored physically or electronically within an appropriate timeframe, preserved, changed, reorganized, disclosed in accordance with the legislation, and transferred, acquired, classified, processed, or prevented from use. I confirm that I have been informed by the Company about the above matters and that I give explicit consent within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

Furthermore, I acknowledge and declare that, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation, my personal data may be transferred to Company employees, officials, group companies (Company and/or business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of conducting their activities, independent audit companies within the framework of legal obligations and restrictions, survey companies, business partners, and service providers that the Company receives services from or collaborates with for the execution of the services and/or activities to be provided to me. I explicitly consent to such transfer.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation, I am aware that I have the rights to apply to the Company to learn whether my personal data is being processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose, to know the third parties to whom my personal data is transferred domestically or internationally, to request correction of my personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request the deletion or destruction of my personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, to object to the emergence of a result against me by exclusively analyzing my processed data through automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages in case my personal data is processed unlawfully and causes damage to me. I acknowledge that I can exercise these rights by filling out the form on www.lingodemia.com and submitting the signed copy of the form to the Company in person, by registered mail, or through a notary, along with the necessary identity verification documents.

I also acknowledge and declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up-to-date, and I undertake to inform the Company of any changes in this information.

I explicitly consent to the processing, limited use for the purpose of processing within the relevant process, and sharing of my personal data, including special categories of personal data as defined in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, and I acknowledge that I have been informed about this within the scope of the relevant process; I have read and understood this statement, the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Regulation, and the Information Text.
